A reseller sells from someone else's inventory, so the app has to do two jobs at once: give them a catalogue they can actually merchandise from, and keep order and payment state clear enough to trust.

A reseller sells from someone else's inventory, so the app has to do two jobs at once: give them a catalogue they can actually merchandise from, and keep order and payment state clear enough to trust. Without both, a reseller stops selling after a few orders.

What we did

The catalogue is organised the way a reseller sells — by collection, by category and by price band, with shortcuts for common customer budgets — rather than by supplier SKU. Catalogue, shop, orders and payments each get a slot in the primary navigation so money and fulfilment are never more than one tap away, and a leaderboard gives consistent sellers a visible reason to keep going.
