Plainspoken answers to the questions most clients ask before signing.

After launch

After launch

2 questions about after launch.

  • What happens after launch?

We stay on for thirty days at no extra cost — instrumentation, bug fixes, and the first round of growth experiments. After that, we'll quote a retainer or hand off cleanly.

  • Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes, on retainer. Half-day, full-day, or weekly cadence — whatever matches your actual needs, not ours.

Pricing

Pricing

3 questions about pricing.

  • How do you price projects?

Fixed-fee per phase. We quote a number after the first conversation and stand by it unless scope changes in writing.

  • What is your minimum engagement?

USD 8,000 for a focused two-week sprint, typically design only. Full builds start around USD 30,000.

  • Do you take equity?

Rarely, and only when we'd want to be a shareholder anyway. Default is cash.

Process

Process

3 questions about process.

  • What services does Texion actually offer?

End-to-end product work — discovery, UI / UX design, web and mobile development, branding, and a small consultancy practice for teams who have engineers but no design lead.

Everything ships from the same studio in Khulna. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it.

  • What does a typical engagement look like?

Four phases, each with a written sign-off before we move on. Audit and discovery (week 1), information architecture and flows (weeks 2–3), visual design and build in parallel (weeks 4 onward), then QA and handoff. You get a Loom and a written status every Friday.

  • Who will be working on my project?

The same two people from start to finish — usually one designer and one engineer, occasionally a brand specialist for identity work. No account managers, no junior-team handoffs.

Timelines

Timelines

2 questions about timelines.

  • How quickly can you start?

Usually two to four weeks out. We run one project per pair at a time, so the calendar is the constraint, not capacity.

  • What is the shortest project you take on?

Two weeks. A scoped design sprint or a focused brand refresh.

Ready when you are.

One business day to first reply. Always.
