Terms of service

These terms govern the engagement between Texion Tech and clients. Use of our services constitutes acceptance.

Scope of work

Each engagement is scoped via a written statement of work. Changes to scope are handled via a written change order.

Payment

Invoices are issued monthly and due within 14 days. We pause work on unpaid invoices past 30 days.
