ShopPro — merchant operations app
A Bengali-language seller app for running a shop end to end from a phone. ShopPro splits into three areas: order management covering pending collection, pending return and all orders; product management built around a five-step add-product flow spanning general details, variants, pricing, buyer questions and a final review; and a transaction ledger that summarises a date range by order volume, delivered, returned, in-transit and pending counts alongside collected and returned product value. The design set also covers start and login, home, worksheets for pickup, payment, return and combined runs with their filters, order detail, product detail and its context menu, category selection, notifications, balance, and business and personal profile editing.

A seller's day mixes three jobs with different rhythms — chasing today's pickups and returns, maintaining a catalogue, and reconciling money.
A seller's day mixes three jobs with different rhythms — chasing today's pickups and returns, maintaining a catalogue, and reconciling money. Collapsed into a single feed, the urgent work competes with slow work, and long product forms get abandoned halfway.
What we did
Those three jobs became three top-level areas, each with its own filters. Order management leads with counts for the states that need action today. The catalogue uses a five-step add-product flow ending in a review screen, so a long form can be completed in passes instead of one sitting. The ledger reconciles volume against collected and returned value over a chosen date range, and worksheets group a day's pickups, payments and returns into runs that can be worked through one at a time.
