Sending luggage ahead means reconciling two schedules the traveller does not control: an airline's and a courier's.

Sending luggage ahead means reconciling two schedules the traveller does not control: an airline's and a courier's. Collected as a generic shipping form, it asks the traveller to translate their own itinerary into pickup windows, addresses and bag dimensions — and to trust a price that only appears at the end.

What we did

The request begins with the flight. A flight number or booking reference anchors the job to a real itinerary, and pickup and delivery windows are offered against it rather than typed from scratch. Bag information is captured as an explicit manifest so the price is settled before the payment step, saved cards and addresses cut the repeat journey down, and order detail is designed as a sequence of states so a traveller can see exactly where each bag is.
