Yeti.Fi — behavioural finance learning, mentorship and community
A complete learning platform for a behavioural finance practice — the public site, the member portal behind it, and the admin the team runs both from. Four membership tiers each open a workspace of their own, with payment, access and community membership kept in step automatically.

Financial education keeps failing at the point where feeling, not fact, takes over.
Financial education keeps failing at the point where feeling, not fact, takes over. The knowledge is free and everywhere; what keeps people stuck is the panic sell, the late-night purchase, the plan that never gets a start date. Yeti.Fi wanted to answer that with structure rather than another course library — genuinely different levels of guidance for people at genuinely different stages, from someone opening a first savings account to an investor who wants oversight and no homework. That called for a platform where each tier is a different experience rather than a different price, where joining, paying, gaining access and meeting the community are one uninterrupted step, and where a small team can change what members see without waiting on a developer.
What we did
We designed and built the whole platform: the public site that explains the practice, the member portal behind the sign-in, and the admin the team runs it all from. Each membership tier opens its own workspace — a home, a curated learning library, a mentor’s calendar and a profile — so a member meets a product shaped for their level rather than a locked-down version of someone else’s. What a tier includes is configured rather than coded, so the team can move a lesson between tiers or launch a new curriculum without a release. The same holds above the sign-in line: landing copy, tier descriptions, FAQ answers and every legal page are edited in the admin and live immediately. Lessons stream inside the portal only, and membership, billing and community access are wired together so that joining, upgrading and lapsing take care of themselves.
What changed after
Yeti.Fi launched as one platform rather than the usual stack of disconnected tools — no separate course host, no manual community invites, no spreadsheet tracking who has paid for what. A member signs in once and everything they are entitled to is already waiting; when a payment succeeds or lapses, their access and their standing in the community follow on their own. Day-to-day the team publishes copy, curriculum and legal changes themselves, which is what lets a small practice run a platform this size. It shipped with automated tests covering the interface, the services behind it and the whole path from sign-up to first lesson.
